Tim has been involved with the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years working for Hyatt Regency Hotel as their Bar Manager managing front and back of the house daily operations, as well as working at FEDEX Field as a Bar Manager, training all bartenders and increasing sales by 25% while consistently exceeding monthly goals. His knowledge of the bar industry, including preparing daily promotions and controlling weekly alcohol inventory & implementing food specials designed with wine pairings, is extensive. Tim has also been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. His knowledge of the Mid Atlantic market is very broad, especially the Maryland Eastern Shore area.
